Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using the LeAgent service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and LeAgent, operated by Grigor Voskanyan, Maastricht, the Netherlands.

2. The Service

LeAgent provides a Growth Engine as a Service — an automated content creation and social media publishing platform. The service includes:

• Brand Intelligence Setup (free, included before subscription)
• Knowledge Base construction and maintenance
• Automated content generation using the LeAgent Decision Architecture
• Video, poster, and avatar content production
• Automated publishing to connected social media platforms
• Client dashboard with content approval and reporting
• 15-day performance reports

3. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

The LeAgent Growth Engine is available at €349 per month. The Brand Intelligence Setup is provided free of charge before the subscription begins.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed via PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Price changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using LeAgent, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business during onboarding and the Brand Intelligence conversation
• Ensure you have the right to publish content to the social media accounts you connect
• Review and take responsibility for content published under your brand
• Comply with the terms of service of all connected social media platforms
• Not use LeAgent to publish content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or harmful
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties

5. Content Ownership

Your business information — all information you provide about your business remains yours. LeAgent does not claim ownership over your business data.

Generated content — content created by LeAgent for your account is yours to use. You own the published posts, videos, and images produced for your Growth Engine.

LeAgent platform — the LeAgent software, Decision Architecture, Knowledge Base system, and all platform components are proprietary to LeAgent and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed.

6. Content Standards

LeAgent generates content based on the information you provide. While we apply quality controls, you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published (if the approval workflow is enabled) and for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

LeAgent does not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific results in terms of reach, engagement, or business outcomes.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide the LeAgent service with 99% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (e.g. HeyGen, Ayrshare, social media platforms), or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeAgent is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeAgent shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
• Loss of business, revenue, or reputation resulting from published content
• Failures or outages of third-party services (social media platforms, payment processors, video providers)
• Content that does not meet your expectations despite being generated in good faith

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the service to publish illegal or harmful content
• Fail to pay your subscription fee
• Provide materially false information during registration

Upon termination, your access to the platform will end. Your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maastricht, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
