LeAgent is a Growth Engine as a Service operated by Grigor Voskanyan, based in Maastricht, the Netherlands. We provide automated content creation and social media publishing services for small and medium-sized businesses.
When this policy refers to "LeAgent", "we", "us", or "our", it means the LeAgent service. When it refers to "you" or "your", it means you as a user of our platform.

- Business information shared during the Brand Intelligence conversation (description, services, audience, tone of voice)
- Social media account handles and platform URLs
- Payment information (processed securely via PayPal — we do not store card details)

- IP address and browser type (for security and fraud prevention)
- Pages visited and actions taken on leagent.io
- Content performance data retrieved from connected social media platforms via Ayrshare
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the LeAgent Growth Engine service
- Build and maintain your Knowledge Base and Brand Intelligence profile
- Generate, produce, and publish content on your behalf
- Send you performance reports and service notifications
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Improve the LeAgent platform and content quality

4. Your Business Data
Your business profile, Knowledge Base, and all content generated for your account belong to you. We do not:
- Share your business information with other LeAgent clients
- Use your business data to train models for other clients
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your content for advertising or promotional purposes without your explicit consent
5. Third-Party Services
LeAgent uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in Frankfurt, EU)
- Anthropic Claude — content generation and business analysis
- HeyGen — avatar video production
- Ayrshare — social media publishing and analytics
- PayPal — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
